If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

Sport Exhaust System BMW M5 G90 / G99 Touring

Stage 1

The dÄHLer BMW M5 G90/G99 exhaust system includes a high-flow, stainless steel high-performance rear silencer. For models intended for the European market, the system is supplied with exhaust valves.

Versions for other markets are supplied according to the original design, without valves. In cars without factory-installed exhaust valves, the valves supplied and pre-installed with the system have been mechanically deactivated.

The dÄHLer High-Performance exhaust system gives the BMW M5 a deeper and sportier sound while maintaining a pleasant level of comfort for daily driving.

The exhaust system is suitable for both BMW M5 G90 and G99 models equipped with and without an OPF particulate filter. The system is fully compatible with all M5 versions, regardless of the market area.

Tested and approved by German TÜV, the exhaust system is type-approved in accordance with European emission regulations. The system does not cause emission-related fault codes and also meets EPA requirements, making it legal for use in all US states.

The exhaust system utilizes the original BMW M5 mounting points and is a direct bolt-on replacement for the original system. For ease of installation, slip joints are included, ensuring the fitting and installation are as easy as possible.

Stage 2 (EU market models only)

The Stage 2 package includes a dÄHLer IP68-rated valve controller for BMW M5 G90 and G99 models. The system is developed in Switzerland and manufactured in Germany. It is an excellent accessory for drivers who want to control the sound of the exhaust system themselves.

The valve controller allows you to manually open and close the exhaust valves at any time. Control is done via the included remote control, or alternatively, the system can be programmed to the buttons of the car's mirror controls, integrating the operation seamlessly into the car's original controls.

When the valves are fully opened, the exhaust system produces a significantly more powerful and deeper soundscape at all RPMs while maintaining good driving comfort in daily use.

Stage 3 (Outside Europe, supplied without IP68 valve controller)

The Stage 3 Sound Plus package includes:

• dÄHLer Stage 1 sport exhaust system
• dÄHLer Stage 2 IP68-rated flap controller
• Sandblasted catless downpipes that replace the original secondary catalytic converters

Stage 3 offers a significantly sportier soundscape, more pronounced pops and burbles, and an even more aggressive exhaust note. At the same time, performance increases by approximately 15 horsepower.

After installation, the engine fault light will not illuminate, and no software changes or other additional measures are required for the car.

Please note: The Stage 3 package does not meet EPA emission requirements.
