The delivery time for products in stock is 1-3 business days.
If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch.
Terms for product returns:
- You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
- The products must be unused and without damages
- Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
- For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
- Shipping costs are not refunded
For international orders (outside of Europe) sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products
If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.
If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.
This condition applies to the following product categories:

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.
In the event of such a defect, the standard liability for defects as provided by consumer protection legislation shall apply.

This EGO-X exhaust system without ECE for the VW Golf Mk8 R is handmade in our factory in Lübeck. The pipe diameter is 3.5 inches (89mm).
The complete system is made of stainless steel and is manufactured using the TIG welding process.
The silencer is manufactured with absorption technology and ensures a sonorous sound even when the flap is closed.
This exhaust system is perfectly suitable for series production vehicles, as well as for vehicles with performance-enhanced engines.
For the valve control, the left OEM servomotor is simply taken over and mounted plug&play on the EGO-X exhaust system.
The right servomotor is decommissioned with a plug/deleter. This is included in the delivery.
If your vehicle does not have a profile selection, the control can be carried out using a button provided .
We have deliberately taken over only the left valve and not the right one for the following reason:
When stationary, both valves open in race mode, so you can open the valve when stationary despite the OEM control.
While driving at full throttle, the left valve also opens, but closes again at a certain speed/load, thus reducing unpleasant frequency ranges.
With the OEM exhaust system, there is a droning noise here, which has been significantly reduced with our system.
As soon as the valve is closed, the EGO-X is quieter and more comfortable than the standard system.
If we had also adopted the right valve, the valve would always be permanently open in all race modes and could become uncomfortable on long distances.
