FMIC.Pro valve controlled exhaust system for Kia Stinger GT 3.3T V6 2017–2023

The FMIC.Pro exhaust system is designed to improve exhaust flow and deliver a distinctly sportier sound.

The 63 mm / 2.5” pipe diameter combined with the muffler design produces a deeper and fuller sound under engine load. At the same time, ride comfort is maintained during normal driving, especially when the exhaust valves are closed.

The system is made entirely of SS304 stainless steel, which resists corrosion and high operating temperatures. CNC-mandrel bent pipes ensure uniform geometry and precise fitment to the vehicle's original mounting points. Installation is straightforward and follows a plug & play principle. All seams are TIG welded under argon gas shielding, ensuring clean, finished, and fully sealed joints – this is important for the longevity of the system.

CNC-machined 10 mm thick flanges are used at the connection points. They increase structural rigidity, reduce the risk of deformation caused by temperature fluctuations, and ensure even clamping pressure on the gasket across the entire connection surface.

The system features integrated electronic exhaust valves that control the flow of exhaust gases at the rear:

Closed mode – exhaust gases pass through the entire muffler system, producing a subdued sound and good ride comfort for everyday driving.

Open mode – exhaust gases bypass the rear muffler, making the exhaust system sound louder, more direct, and sportier.

Thanks to this solution, the driver can adjust the exhaust system's sound characteristics according to driving conditions and personal preferences. The valves are controlled by the included control unit and two remote controls, allowing the operating mode to be switched instantly.

To ensure optimal flow and exhaust system efficiency, the FMIC.Pro series includes a high-flow downpipe. After installation, low-end throttle response improves significantly, the turbocharger spools up faster, turbo lag is reduced, and the engine produces power and torque more effectively across the entire rev range.
