ECU tuning, pulley upgrades, and other power-adding modifications demand more airflow than the factory airbox can provide. By replacing the restrictive stock box with an IE intake system, you'll get significantly more air directly from the front of the car – and more air means more power.

A velocity stack, borrowed from professional motorsport, is incorporated into the design to channel air as quickly and efficiently as possible. The velocity stack also serves as a secure mounting point for the air filter, preventing the intake pipes from rattling and rubbing against the heat shield.
