The delivery time for products in stock is 1-3 business days.
If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch.
Terms for product returns:
- You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
- The products must be unused and without damages
- Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
- For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
- Shipping costs are not refunded
For international orders (outside of Europe) sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products
If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.
If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.
In the event of such a defect, the standard liability for defects as provided by consumer protection legislation shall apply.

The KW Height Adjustable Spring Kit is designed to lower the vehicle in conjunction with the original shock absorbers . Unlike conventional lowering spring kits, the KW HAS system allows for individual and stepless height adjustment within a tested adjustment range.
The solution uses vehicle-specific spring plates, KW lowering springs, compatible elastomers and dust protection systems. The vehicle's original shock absorber system – for example , electric or hydraulic suspension adjustment – remains fully functional.
Chassis adjustment – sporty, harmonious spring ratesKW Height Adjustable Spring Kits use high-quality springs made of chrome-silicon steel , whose spring rates are vehicle-specifically adapted to the original shock absorbers and axle loads.
When developing the spring kits, the different damping characteristics of the adaptive chassis are also taken into account so that the suspension works harmoniously in all driving modes. This makes the vehicle's driving feel more direct and dynamic without compromising comfort.
KW HAS spring kits are ideal for drivers who want a subtle lowering and the ability to adjust the ride height individually.
Stepless loweringKW Height Adjustable springs allow for stepless lowering , similar to a coil spring suspension, but using the original shock absorbers. This is not possible with traditional fixed lowering springs.
The dust covers and spring plates included in the delivery are designed to support the maximum allowable lowering , which allows:

Available for models with and without EDC chassis.
Models without EDC only with front axle damper dimension 48.5 mm, does not fit 50mm models.
