The delivery time for products in stock is 1-3 business days.

If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders (outside of Europe) sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

For drivers who want more than just a striking appearance and a lowering in a tested adjustment range, the KW V2 offers the perfect suspension solution. The stainless steel shock absorbers, corrosion-resistant components and excellent durability are already convincing in themselves – but the KW V2 also allows the shock absorbers to be adjusted in rebound damping (16 clicks) to suit your needs.

More comfort or more sportiness – you decide

As with all KW coilovers, our engineers develop vehicle-specific damper settings that undergo extensive testing on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and in KW's own 7-post driving dynamics center .

The KW coilover suspension provides a more dynamic and direct driving experience. The adjustable rebound damping of the KW V2 coilovers allows you to individually influence the handling and comfort of your car. 16 precise click settings allow you to adjust the dampers to be firmer or more comfortable without having to touch the basic compression damping setting.

Vehicle-specific rebound damping adjustment

Depending on the vehicle type, the rebound damping of KW twin-tube shock absorbers is adjusted either using the integrated adjustment wheel at the top of the piston rod or using the separate adjustment tool included in the delivery.

By increasing the rebound damping, body movements are reduced, the car's driving line remains more stable and better control is achieved at cornering speeds. If, for example, you change to a larger rim and tire size approved by the manufacturer, the KW V2 allows the car's handling and the fine-tuning of the new wheels to be perfectly combined.

The KW V2 offers 16 adjustment steps , allowing you to change the driving dynamics, for example when changing the entire wheel assembly or installing winter tires.
