If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.
Terms for product returns:
- You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
- The products must be unused and without damages
- Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
- For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
- Shipping costs are not refunded
For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products
If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.
If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

Motor Milk™ 5W-40 SP/C3
A fully synthetic engine oil manufactured from carefully selected raw materials and developed to provide maximum protection for modern gasoline, diesel, and racing engines.
The product is based on a pure PAO- and ester-based base oil blend suitable for racing. The formulation includes a full SAPS (Sulfated Ash, Phosphorus, Sulfur) level and a high-performance, racing-grade ZDDP additive package.
This combination improves lubrication, ensures excellent wear protection, and optimizes cold starting properties.
Motor Milk™ 5W-40 A3/B4
A synthetic engine oil manufactured from carefully selected raw materials and designed to provide maximum protection for modern gasoline, diesel, and racing engines.
The product is based on a PAO- and ester-based base oil blend suitable for racing. The formulation includes a full SAPS (Sulfated Ash, Phosphorus, Sulfur) level, which improves lubrication, ensures excellent wear protection, and supports reliable operation even during cold starts.
High-quality base oil technology combined with high-performance additives ensures a stable lubricating film even under high temperature and load conditions. Motor Milk™ 5W-40 A3/B4 is ideally suited for demanding street and racing use in engines requiring an A3/B4 class 5W-40 viscosity lubricant.
Which one should I choose?

If you have a track-focused or heavily tuned vehicle, we primarily recommend Motor Milk's genuine 5W-40 A3/B4 version.

If your vehicle is a modern, standard (OEM) configuration car and you want to follow the manufacturer's recommended, newer generation C3 classification, the 5W-40 SP/C3 offers modern viscosity and emission specifications, as well as the maximum ZDDP level permitted by that classification.
