If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

Overview

This kit is specifically designed for the 2007–2021 Toyota Tundra equipped with the 3UR-FE engine. Installation requires no drilling or permanent vehicle modifications.

If your vehicle is equipped with a TRD or other aftermarket supercharger, verify that the catch can mounting location is not occupied by intercooler piping or other supercharger components before installation.

An oil catch can helps protect the engine from excessive crankcase blow-by generated during normal and performance driving. By removing oil-contaminated vapors before they re-enter the intake system, it helps maintain engine performance and reduce carbon buildup.

Radium Engineering catch cans feature large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick.

Description

The 20-0239-FL CCV Catch Can Kit includes two mounting brackets. One bracket is used when installing the CCV kit by itself, while the other is used when it is paired with the PCV catch can kit.

The CCV system installs inline with the 1/2-inch valve cover breather port.

At low engine loads, the system experiences atmospheric pressure. During wide-open throttle (WOT), vacuum in the intake system would normally draw crankcase vapors, unburned fuel, and oil sludge into the air intake pipe.

For turbocharged or supercharged applications, the CCV catch can is especially beneficial, as it prevents oil contamination from collecting in the intercooler where it can reduce heat exchanger efficiency and engine performance.
