Terms for product returns:

  • You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
  • The products must be unused and without damages
  • Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
  • For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
  • Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

In the event of such a defect, the standard liability for defects as provided by consumer protection legislation shall apply.

Spool FX-200 HPFP Upgrade | BMW N20 / N26

The Spool Performance FX-200 is a high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) performance upgrade for BMW N20 and N26 engines. This model replaces the previous FX-180 version and offers significantly increased fuel capacity for demanding tuning setups.

What is the FX-200?

The FX-200 is an upgraded HPFP with a larger piston diameter than the standard pump. This allows for approximately double the fuel flow compared to the original pump.

  • Approximately 2x flow compared to stock
  • Full E85 compatibility
  • Plug & Play installation with no cutting or wiring modifications
  • Allows for greater fuel delivery at higher power levels

The added capacity enables:

  • Higher ethanol blends
  • Larger turbochargers
  • Wider tuning possibilities

Why is an upgrade necessary?

The stock HPFP of N20/N26 engines is a significant limitation in tuning:

  • Insufficient fuel delivery for higher power levels
  • Limited use of ethanol blends

The FX-200:

  • Doubles the fuel system's flow capacity
  • Significantly raises the platform's fuel limits
  • Allows for more powerful and safer tuning

Software Requirements

Operating the pump requires software modifications:

  • Calibration must be performed before use
  • Operating without tuning can cause damage and void the warranty

Spool:

  • Provides necessary calibration data to the tuner
  • Helps find an experienced tuner if needed

Note: Spool does not offer ready-made custom tunes

Important Note: LPFP

The low-pressure fuel pump (LPFP) system is critical for HPFP operation:

  • An inadequate LPFP can cause damage to the pump and injectors
  • HPFP lubrication relies on fuel flow
  • Lack of fuel can lead to wear and failure

Recommendation: ensure an adequate low-pressure side upgrade as part of the overall setup
