If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre order / made-to-order products

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

All of the above products are manufactured or sourced individually based on the customer’s order, and therefore cannot be returned after delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing or material defect.

The Spool Performance FX-200 is a high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) performance upgrade for Mercedes-AMG M157 engines. This model represents the next stage of evolution, offering significantly increased fuel capacity for demanding high-power V8 biturbo builds.

What is the FX-200?

The FX-200 is an upgraded high-pressure pump with a larger piston diameter than the stock unit. This allows for approximately twice the fuel flow compared to the original pump.

• Approximately 2x flow compared to stock
• Full E85 compatibility
• Plug & Play installation without cutting or wiring modifications
• Enables significantly higher fuel delivery

The increased capacity allows for:

• Higher ethanol blends
• Larger turbochargers
• Significantly higher power levels

Why is an upgrade necessary?

The stock HPFP on the M157 engine is a clear bottleneck for tuning:

• Insufficient fuel supply for high power levels
• Limited use of ethanol blends

The FX-200:

• Doubles the fuel system capacity
• Significantly raises the platform's fuel limits
• Enables more powerful and safer tuning

Software requirements

Pump operation requires software modifications:

• Calibration must be done before commissioning
• Operating without adjustment can cause damage and void the warranty

Spool:

• Provides calibration data to the tuner
• Helps find an experienced tuner if needed

Note: Spool does not offer ready-made custom tunes

Important note: LPFP

The low-pressure fuel system is critical:

• Insufficient LPFP can damage the HPFP and injectors
• HPFP lubrication relies on fuel flow
• Lack of fuel can lead to wear and failure
