If the product is not in stock and it is a pre order product, the average delivery time is 5-21 business days. If the product has a longer delivery time than previously announced, we will be in touch. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Terms for product returns:

• You must return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving
• The products must be unused and without damages
• Commission fee for handling returns is 21,90€
• For product returns, the customer is in charge of the return costs. Only door to door service (Express)
• Shipping costs are not refunded

For international orders sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If the product you have ordered is a pre order or made-to-order item, it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal or return under consumer protection laws, as the product is manufactured or sourced specifically based on the customer’s individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the product, we will refund 50% of the total order amount.

Spool Performance Billet Manifold Gen 1 B58 Top Mount Turbo Kit

Spool Performance is proud to introduce a unique top-mount turbo kit featuring a 5-axis machined billet manifold. This manufacturing method has allowed us to create a unique manifold with extremely short runners, which preserve maximum thermal energy up to the turbine and avoid common issues of cast manifolds such as cracking and excessive weight. The 5-axis machining has also enabled the creation of highly efficient flow by balancing the design of the wastegate runners. This ensures excellent boost pressure control with a single 45mm wastegate. The result is a fast-spooling, lightweight manifold with virtually no back pressure and easy installation. The modular design of the manifold allows for versatile turbo options, and the kit is available with both Spool IFX water-cooled ceramic ball bearing turbos and Precision air-cooled turbos.

Manifold

After countless hours of design, we created a highly efficient twin-scroll flow with 5-axis machined wastegate runners, allowing for precise boost control. The manifold is milled from high-strength alloy steel billet blocks, which expand minimally with heat. Machining the flow channels directly into the block allows for short yet uniform runners to the turbine housing, preserving maximum thermal energy and reducing turbulent flow losses. This ensures faster spooling and very low back pressure at high RPMs. The modular design quickly allows for different variations for various turbos.

Wastegate

Wastegate runners are one of the most underestimated yet critical parts of a manifold. Through CFD optimization, we designed the wastegate runners to balance the flow between the turbine runners and the wastegate runners. This minimizes turbulence when the wastegate is closed. We use only a single 45mm wastegate in the system, reducing the number of components.

Accessories and Delivery Contents

The kit is designed as a true plug-and-play solution. It includes AN fittings for oil feed and return, water feed and return (Spool IFX) or bypass hose (Precision and others), and an optional catch can solution. The kit also includes a corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel mandrel-bent downpipe and dump tube. We offer the compressor housing in your desired color (default red) and Cerakote thermal coating for hot parts.
