Why do you need an ethanol content monitoring system?

According to ASTM standards, the ethanol content of E85 fuel can vary between 51% and 85%. This means that fuel pumped at a gas station labeled as E85 may in reality be, for example, E55 fuel, which contains only 55% ethanol.

This variation can cause serious problems for enthusiasts whose cars use performance-optimized E85 engine calibrations. If the engine calibration requires a higher ethanol content than the fuel actually contains, it can lead to engine damage.

The app stands out from competitors by being free and featuring versatile tools, such as an ethanol blend calculator, which allows you to precisely create the fuel blend you desire.

• Automatically reads the ethanol content of the fuel in the tank for accurate calculations once the analyzer is installed.

• Also works independently without the analyzer, allowing you to estimate and calculate fuel blends manually.

Upgraded fuel lines

The Ethanol Analyzer Kit includes upgraded PTFE-lined fuel lines with 6AN fittings, featuring a black nylon outer braid and a stainless steel inner braid. The hoses are fully compatible with ethanol fuels and can withstand extremely high pressures.

Available hose options:

1. HPFP to fuel tank (long hose)

2. HPFP to factory fuel line (short hose)

All hoses come with the manufacturer's own anodized aluminum PTFE fuel hose fittings. The hoses are compatible with both factory high-pressure fuel pumps (HPFP) and Spool FX-150 and FX-180 HPFPs.
