The TTE6XX VTG Turbo upgrade is the Evolution from our proven TTE580VTG giving more mass air flow by way of a larger compressor but same 9blade exhaust turbine.

Still keeping the series model turbocharger that utilizes Variable Turbine Geometry (VTG) technology for quick spool but utilizing a larger higher flowing 9 blade turbine so giving much more power potential and with the fitment of a bigger TTE 7+7 blade milled billet compressor that's been proven at 600+Hp in other TTE Upgrades.

On complete stock car Apart from an after market cat back exhaust 500whp & 471 w Torque was proven on (91 octane) 95RON & WMI, 1.6bar boost at ByDesign in USA

Equilibrium

Precisely balancing our turbochargers is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as Longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics as well. Subsequent great care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieve our balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using our single parts machine, then components are assembled and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using our in house VSR machine to acquire the Ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial numbered balance test result document.
